4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards issued by egg333 are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. New egg333 accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued and displayed to the player. egg333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live data was incorrectly displayed.

Upon termination for cause, egg333 may void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and withhold the player's balance pending investigation.

Where an account is terminated without cause by egg333, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. egg333 will communicate the reasons for account closure to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal fraud-prevention obligations.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with egg333 support shall be submitted to binding arbitration. egg333's decision on all matters relating to these Terms shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be final and binding.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and egg333 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
